Life was Here with the Tom Keifer Band at Steel House in Omaha! What a great night with a full house and I got a mini tour of the new Steel House in Omaha, Nebraska! It is a beautiful house and I plan on going back there for more shows.,
I’m Nobody’s Fool if I didn’t admit that I saw Cinderella in 2000 on a cold August day. But damn! It was worth it then and it was totally worth it to see Tom Keifer Band playing those songs again! Here I am 23 years later and still a die hard fan of Tom Keifer and his gravely voice and slick guitar playing. The band’s set had me Hot and Bothered and Coming Apart at The Seams.
My friend, Bob, had to Shake Me and remind me that these Night Songs were not merely for my entertainment but I was there to take some photographs!! I damn near forgot! Thank goodness Bob was there to Save Me and get me back on Solid Ground. I called home to tell the wife that I was not hitting the road and that I was Coming Home soon.
All kidding aside, I did enjoy this show. I still love the energy of Cinderella and the memories that Tom Keifer Band invoked of when I was a long-haired freak who loved him some solid, bluesy, rock and roll music from back in the day! My only hope is that it doesn’t take me another 20 years to get out of the house to see Tom Keifer again.
